Lona left her corporate  job in February 2015 to launch her own business.  Senior Living Advisor,  a placement service for the senior transiting into senior care.  She has served as a Director of sales for many years in the Senior industry.  Knowing there is a big need for such a service, she launched her business.

She is a wife of 36 yrs and mother of two adult children, a son and daughter. Both live out of state so she has lots of time to devote toward her job and her volunteer commitments.   She is a member of Traders Point Christian Church, National Association of Professional Woman, Zionsville Chamber and Rainmakers.  She serves as a volunteer for Child Advocates as a CASA ( Court Appointed Special Advocate for Foster Children).

She serves as a Committee member for Heritage Place  Senor Center of Indianapolis.  She also works part time for Access Family Physicians in Zionsville and is involved with Boone County Senior Center.

She supports funding to Gleaners Food Bank for Feeding the Elderly and Family Legacy Christian Foundation in supporting the children of Zambia, Africa.
